Introduction Of Taper Roller Bearing
Tapered roller bearings mainly bear radial diameter, axial joint load. Load bearing capacity depends on the outer ring raceway angle, angle the greater carrying capacity. The ring and balls are made of refining bearing steel Gcr15(AISI52100,the retainer are punched from brass strip(H62) or top quality cold-rolled strip(spcc BQ B402)and reinforced plastics are available if necessary.The shield is made by phosphatzing steel skeleton and butyronitrile rubber with hot pressed .
The rings and balls of stainless stell bearings are made by refining stainless stell 9Cr18(AISI440c).
